Why Team Building?
Team building isn’t just about games or fun β it’s about strengthening trust, improving communication, and creating real connection. When your team understands each other better, they collaborate better. And when they collaborate better, your business performs better.
So don’t wait for problems to happen β invest in team building, and build a team thatβs united, motivated, and ready to grow together.

Let’s get started…
1. The objective of this team building (just fun leisure, want to push sales, or to promote something?)
2. Target audience – who from the company? All of the staffs, certain dept? Estimate how many pax.
3. Duration. 3D2N, 2D1N or same day? Roughly when you plan to do it.
4. Venue. Sea side, inside hotel, glamping?
5. Do you prefer indoor/ outdoor? Any specific location or state let’s say Melaka/ Sabah?
6. Prefer language/ trainer.
