PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

HRD TRAINING & CORPORATE SOLUTION (TTC)
 (Company No: 003678290-P)
 A company incorporated in Malaysia and having its registered address at [Insert Address],
 (Hereinafter referred to as “TTC”)

AND

[New Trainer Name] (NT)
 (NRIC/Passport No: [Insert])
 Of [Insert Address],
 (Hereinafter referred to as “NT”)

Collectively referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party”.

1. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a partnership between TTC, as an approved HRDC training provider, and NT, as an appointed trainer, to deliver HRDC claimable training programmes to corporate clients.

2. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 TTC shall:

  1. Act as the HRDC training provider for the training programmes conducted under this partnership.
  2. Handle HRDC related administrative matters including grant application, workshop submission, claim submission, and query handling with HRDC.
  3. Coordinate with clients regarding training schedules and administrative requirements (refer to the below payment structure/ type for detail).
  4. Process payment to NT as per the agreed payment terms upon successful delivery and client confirmation of training completion.
